Spectators: 7244 (Terracing: 5468, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 100) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Agnaldo Saldanha took the kick off in the first half of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by João Carlos Lara during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 6th match minute, Os Galáticos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Carlos Lara to maneuver through the defense. Elano Veloso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alex de Andrade read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. After 10 minutes of play, X-Tudo's Elano Veloso made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alex de Andrade was left in no man's land by his defense there! Armandinho Arantes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Agnaldo Saldanha came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Os Galáticos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agnaldo Saldanha couldn't finish the play. If Abelardo Pimenta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd minute, Elano Veloso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alex de Andrade was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Lucjan Cupial kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. X-Tudo's Lucjan Cupial managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by José Paulo Aguiar in the 40 minute of the game. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Elivélton de Medeiros to strike the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, X-Tudo's Elivélton de Medeiros sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alex de Andrade narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Abelardo Pimenta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Enaut Ecija showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agnaldo Saldanha, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. If Armandinho Arantes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tostão Netto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Enaut Ecija tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abelardo Pimenta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Abelardo Pimenta fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Os Galáticos's protests and gave Abelardo Pimenta a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Os Galáticos getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Abelardo Pimenta hit a great ball. Alex de Andrade showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fábio Moreira in the 89th minute of the match. Elano Veloso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Os Galáticos booed when X-Tudo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silas Catarinense didn't get a good kick on the ball. The X-Tudo support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
