Duarte Dionísio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rafinha Valadares having to make a save. Duarte Dionísio's late challenge caught a Soul Society's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Duarte Dionísio helped the player get up and apologised. Duarte Dionísio kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Maurício Moura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafinha Valadares having to interfere. After 42 minutes of play, Soul Society's Diogo Pires made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Osvaldo Munhoz was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 45th minute, Erasmo Santana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Soul Society's Benedito Lara got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Duarte Dionísio hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. When Ponc Rivadeneira came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Soul Society fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ponc Rivadeneira couldn't finish the play. Iuri Pires hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ichu AD's goalkeeper Osvaldo Munhoz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Ponc Rivadeneira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Soul Society's supporters rose to their feet, but Ponc Rivadeneira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Osvaldo Munhoz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Soul Society getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Fred de Queirós hit a great ball. Soul Society walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
