Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Carlinhos Peres started the match with the kick off. Carlinhos Peress short, quick shot in the 8thth minute got Perivaldo Coutinho to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Juvenal Travassos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carlinhos Peres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Perivaldo Coutinho having to interfere. If Juvenal Travassos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Patrocity getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Juvenal Travassos hit a great ball. Luiz Guilherme Rodrigues came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Halcones.FC 39-XX's Fausto Arantes. But to his dismay, Fausto Arantes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Halcones.FC 39-XX's Fausto Arantes got a free kick in the 25th minute. 28 minutes into the match, Patrocity's goal looked a bit too open when Diguinho Coutinho came free, but Luiz Guilherme Rodrigues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute Fausto Arantes suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After 29 minutes, Betinho Pereira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Patrocity and the Halcones.FC 39-XX players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Patrocity getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Betinho Pereira hit a great ball. If Carlinhos Peres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlinhos Peres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 43 minutes into the game, Armandinho Gerber was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Halcones.FC 39-XX's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Patrocity the free kick. Belmiro Leão might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Perivaldo Coutinho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Belmiro Leão ran back to his position shaking his head. Perivaldo Coutinho made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Carlinhos Peres sent off a good shot on target. The Patrocity players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Halcones.FC 39-XX were winning 0-1.

After recieving a nice pass, Halcones.FC 39-XX's Diguinho Coutinho tried to score from far away in the 54th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Armandinho Gerber received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Luiz Guilherme Rodrigues came out and tried to block the shot, but Armandinho Gerber slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 60th minute. Carlinhos Peres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Perivaldo Coutinho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Perivaldo Coutinho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carlinhos Peres's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. Carlinhos Peres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Perivaldo Coutinho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, Halcones.FC 39-XX's goal looked a bit too open when Carlinhos Peres came free, but Perivaldo Coutinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlinhos Peres in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Perivaldo Coutinho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Carlinhos Peres came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Patrocity fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlinhos Peres couldn't finish the play. Juvenal Travassos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Juvenal Travassos came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Patrocity fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juvenal Travassos couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Patrocity lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
