Silvinho Proença was a little too slow when Valdomiro Fontes got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 3rd minute. The score was now 1-0. Silvinho Proença made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdomiro Fontes in the 8th minute of play. 15 minutes into the game, Joel Faria cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. David Montenegro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 23rd minute, Arcoverde's Valdomiro Fontes dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. After 33 minutes, Nico Valladares mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Seven Hell and the Arcoverde players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nico Valladares hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Arcoverde's Rony Vieira tried to score from far away in the 34th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Silvinho Proença was out of position in the 36 minute of play, and Valdomiro Fontes capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Valdomiro Fontes really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. Silvinho Proença was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Valdomiro Fontes showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-1 in the 44 minute of play. José Carlos Ortiz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Silvinho Proença tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valdomiro Fontes made a kick off. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Seven Hell's goalkeeper Silvinho Proença, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. José Carlos Ortiz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Silvinho Proença tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 68 minutes into the match, Seven Hell's goal looked a bit too open when Valdomiro Fontes came free, but Silvinho Proença reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute José Carlos Ortiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvinho Proença saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Carlos Ortiz in the 82nd minute of play forced Seven Hell's goalkeeper Silvinho Proença to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd minute Valdomiro Fontes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvinho Proença saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 84 minutes, Tiago Gabriel Batista mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Seven Hell and the Arcoverde players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the last second David Montenegro throw himself and got hold of the ball when Joel Faria in the 92ndth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. If José Carlos Ortiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. José Carlos Ortiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvinho Proença having to interfere. Arcoverde's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
