Zacarias Elivareo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Thanks to some nice moves Pedro Luís Albuquerque could shoot a difficult shot in the 15th minute, which Zacarias Elivareo however easily saved by the left post. Gonçalo Gonçalves came free with the goalkeeper in the 16th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Zacarias Elivareo could save by the left post. Fabrício Paraíba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Pedro Luís Albuquerque fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hot Dog's protests and gave Pedro Luís Albuquerque a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Hot Dog getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Pedro Luís Albuquerque hit a great ball. Richard Gomes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Andrézinho Gaspar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fabrício Paraíba kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. After 27 played minutes Henry FC got a freekick which was hit by Severino Marques. If Valdo Quadros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. Hudson Faria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrézinho Gaspar having to interfere. In the 37th minute, Hudson Faria got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hudson Faria made a kick off. With an all-out effort, Henry FC's Andrézinho Gaspar threw himself towards the right post 66 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Richard Gomes, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Richard Gomes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Henry FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Richard Gomes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andrézinho Gaspar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 75th minute, Hudson Corrêa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hot Dog fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Zacarias Elivareo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gonçalo Gonçalves, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. After 81 minutes, Almir Rodrigues mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hot Dog and the Henry FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Henry FC booed when Hot Dog was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Almir Rodrigues didn't get a good kick on the ball. Valdo Quadros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Richard Gomes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Andrézinho Gaspar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hudson Faria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrézinho Gaspar having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Hot Dog's Felippe Félix got a free kick in the 94th minute. When the referee blew the final whistle, Hot Dog could leave the field as winners, despite Henry FC having more of the ball for most of the match.
