An unexpectedly hard shot by Zézinho dos Santos in the 22nd minute of play forced Jaya F.C - standy by's goalkeeper Sidney Passos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jardim Julia's Manuel Arruda got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Manuel Arruda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 36 played minutes Falcão Furlan rounded Jardim Julia's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. Daniel Toscano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronaldinho Dracena having to interfere. When Daniel Toscano came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Jaya F.C - standy by fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Toscano couldn't finish the play. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Manuel Arruda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ronaldinho Dracena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Falcão Furlan, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 90th minute Daniel Toscano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronaldinho Dracena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
