Renan Tasso received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Wawrzyniec Madej came out and tried to block the shot, but Renan Tasso slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 3rd minute. If Renan Tasso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to CORNOS FUTEBOL CLUBE getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Hugo de Lima hit a great ball. CORNOS FUTEBOL CLUBE's Kauã Seco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar da Costa in the 13th minute of play. Wawrzyniec Madej showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renan Tasso, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Renan Tasso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Wawrzyniec Madej tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gil Rodrigues's late challenge caught a CORNOS FUTEBOL CLUBE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gil Rodrigues helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Coadi getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Gil Rodrigues hit a great ball. If Renan Tasso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rogério Gaúcho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Wawrzyniec Madej tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rogério Gaúcho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kauã Seco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar da Costa in the 36th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Renan Tasso in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wawrzyniec Madej prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Miranda in the 43rd minute of play forced CORNOS FUTEBOL CLUBE's goalkeeper Kauã Seco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Fausto Maranhense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Wawrzyniec Madej stood somewhat misplaced when Renan Tasso came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 48 minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edgar da Costa to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th match minute, Coadi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luiz Miranda to maneuver through the defense. When CORNOS FUTEBOL CLUBE's Renan Tasso in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 66th minute, Renatinho Bezerra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Coadi's Wawrzyniec Madej played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waldir de Queirós in the 69th minute of play. Renan Tasso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wawrzyniec Madej read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. In the 72nd minute, Renan Tasso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Miranda in the 74th minute of play forced CORNOS FUTEBOL CLUBE's goalkeeper Kauã Seco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wawrzyniec Madej took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Renan Tasso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Renan Tasso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Wawrzyniec Madej tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 85 minutes, Luiz Miranda mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Coadi and the CORNOS FUTEBOL CLUBE players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Renan Tasso in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wawrzyniec Madej saved Coadi from getting behind. Coadi's Wawrzyniec Madej played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renan Tasso in the 91st minute of play. Kauã Seco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ivo Fantini in the 95th minute. When the referee ended the match the CORNOS FUTEBOL CLUBE players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
