In the 24thth minute of the game Armando Pinheiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PINGUINS ABANDONANDO JOGO's Oscar Santos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marcel Perez kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Oscar Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando Pinheiro in the 26th minute of the match. After 31 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for PINGUINS ABANDONANDO JOGO! S&V FC's Armando Faria got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The PINGUINS ABANDONANDO JOGO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Oscar Santos should have stopped the shot. After the first half S&V FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Armando Pinheiro made a kick off. Armando Pinheiro struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Oscar Santos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for S&V FC. Oscar Santos made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Armando Faria sent off a good shot on target. Armando Pinheiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oscar Santos having to interfere. With a little luck, PINGUINS ABANDONANDO JOGO's Oscar Santos got control of the ball when Armando Pinheiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Oscar Santos came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by S&V FC's Armando Faria. But to his dismay, Armando Faria quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After 74 played minutes PINGUINS ABANDONANDO JOGO got a freekick which was hit by Alexsandro Ramalho. Armando Pinheiro might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Oscar Santos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Armando Pinheiro ran back to his position shaking his head. Armando Pinheiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alfredinho da Cunha's late challenge caught a S&V FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alfredinho da Cunha helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of S&V FC booed when PINGUINS ABANDONANDO JOGO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfredinho da Cunha didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oscar Santos acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 89th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Nico de Almeida. Armando Faria received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Oscar Santos came out and tried to block the shot, but Armando Faria slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 97th minute.
