The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for E.C XV de Piracicaba. 67 minutes into the match, Macedônia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hudson Carvalho came free, but Luan de Lima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luan de Lima showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hudson Carvalho in the 69th minute of the match. Hudson Carvalho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luan de Lima having to make a save. 80 minutes into the match, Macedônia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hudson Carvalho came free, but Luan de Lima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Ediberto Costa managed to avoid a goal in the 92ndth minute, when Macedônia FC's Augusto da Silveira fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Augusto da Silveira scored 1-4 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ediberto Costa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Macedônia FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Macedônia FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
