The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristian de Amaral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Luz in the 74th minute of play. Adhemar Arruda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristian de Amaral having to interfere. Elias Correia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Renan Tavares in the 85th minute. Zé Roberto Domingues recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 93 minutes into the game, Cambará 1927's Renan Tavares nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Elias Correia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2.
