The aGalope! fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 29th minute of the match, Sydney Mineiro tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Severino Cardoso saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Miguel Mendes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Felippe Carioca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Téo da Cunha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 36 minutes into the match, Téo da Cunha notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Barbosa Family United's Felippe Carioca. Felippe Carioca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Róbson Motta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Sydney Mineiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Severino Cardoso was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After a rather tough play, Barbosa Family United's Luiz Eduardo Leme got a free kick in the 74th minute. The supporters of aGalope! booed when Barbosa Family United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evandro Neves didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th minute, Miguel Mendes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 88th minute, Alfredão Pernambucano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 90 minutes in the game, Miguel Mendes fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Felippe Carioca having to interfere. 93 minutes into the game, aGalope!'s Téo da Cunha nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Felippe Carioca made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. aGalope! played a much better game than Barbosa Family United and deserved their victory. The Barbosa Family United players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
