The supporters of Serieme booed when Mansão FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. The crowd rose to their feet as Celso Fernandes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Diogo Prestes. That made the score 2-0 in the 32 minute of play. Celso Fernandes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Diogo Prestes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The wind increased when Celso Fernandes made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustavo Silveira in the 53rd minute of play forced Mansão FC's goalkeeper Diogo Prestes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Serieme's goalkeeper Ricardo Cavalcante had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carlos Eduardo de Almeida. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oscar Lucas in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ricardo Cavalcante saved Serieme from getting behind. When the match had been going on for 67 minutes, Mansão FC's Ivo Romero got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Ricardo Cavalcante. After 73 minutes of play, Serieme's Celso Fernandes made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Diogo Prestes was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ricardo Cavalcante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Lucas in the 84th minute of play. Ricardo Cavalcante made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Carlos Eduardo de Almeida sent off a good shot on target. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Serieme's goalkeeper Ricardo Cavalcante, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 88th match minute, Serieme was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelinho do Valle to maneuver through the defense. Carlos Eduardo de Almeida got the audience’s attention when, from a short distance, he fired away a great shot in the 90th minute of the game. The shot hit the left post and bounced out. Oscar Lucas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. For all the effort they put into the match, the Mansão FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Serieme.
