Without hesitation aimed to the right of Enio Vieira, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Ademar de Lara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Narciso Penas short, quick shot in the 15thth minute got Enio Vieira to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Narciso Pena's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 21stth minute, Enio Vieira skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 22 minutes into the match, Narciso Pena dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Enio Vieira, 1-0. In the 25th minute Ademar de Lara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dedê Tande saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Caio Guedes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Narciso Pena got free with Enio Vieira in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Narciso Pena's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Enio Vieira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Enio Vieira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Narciso Pena in the 37th minute of the match. If José Palmeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Narciso Pena to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Narciso Pena got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Narciso Pena's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Enio Vieira was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind LIVERPOOL F.C's goalkeeper Enio Vieira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luizinho Barros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enio Vieira having to interfere. Narciso Pena struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Enio Vieira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Toronto Team. Claudinei de Queiroz might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dedê Tande. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Claudinei de Queiroz ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 66th minute Narciso Pena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enio Vieira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Caio Guedes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dedê Tande having to interfere. LIVERPOOL F.C's Enio Vieira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albertinho Lira in the 83rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Narciso Pena in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Enio Vieira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Narciso Pena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, José Palmeira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Toronto Team's supporters rose to their feet, but José Palmeira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enio Vieira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 92nd match minute, LIVERPOOL F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Augusto Guerra to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 93 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Narciso Pena sped through LIVERPOOL F.C's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Enio Vieira. Toronto Team walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
