Thiago Mineiro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Zé Carlos Quadros showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 23 minute of play. Thiago Mineiro was out of position in the 28 minute of play, and Zé Carlos Quadros capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Zé Carlos Quadros really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. After 33 minutes, Guga Munhoz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AC PASTA PRETA and the Longarai F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 33rd match minute, AC PASTA PRETA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guga Munhoz to maneuver through the defense. In the 36th minute Zé Carlos Quadros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Mineiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of AC PASTA PRETA booed when Longarai F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zé Carlos Quadros didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Zé Carlos Quadros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

After 54 played minutes, Longarai F.C.'s Hugo Paes shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Thiago Mineiro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Longarai F.C. reached it. When Guga Munhoz was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 54 minutes had been played. Guga Munhoz kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zé Carlos Quadros in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thiago Mineiro saved AC PASTA PRETA from getting behind. When Longarai F.C.'s Zé Carlos Quadros in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AC PASTA PRETA's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the AC PASTA PRETA defense, Zé Carlos Quadros kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thiago Mineiro. The AC PASTA PRETA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thiago Mineiro should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Carlos Quadros in the 85th minute of play forced AC PASTA PRETA's goalkeeper Thiago Mineiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Zé Carlos Quadros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zé Carlos Quadros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in AC PASTA PRETA's zone, Zé Carlos Quadros stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thiago Mineiro came out of the goal and Zé Carlos Quadros tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zé Carlos Quadros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Thiago Mineiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Longarai F.C. had played much better football throughout.
