Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. In the 12th match minute, Pinto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Glauco Valladares to maneuver through the defense. 13 minutes into the match, Guairas's Raúl Velasco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Duarte Saraiva narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 14th minute, Luiz Guilherme Sousa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 15th minute, Afonsinho Soeiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Guairas's Florentino Llope proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Guairas from getting a goal against them. Pinto's Duarte Saraiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erik Camargo in the 20th minute of play. Duarte Saraiva stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Raúl Velasco's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Afonsinho Soeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florentino Llope having to interfere. The supporters of Pinto booed when Guairas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabrício Domingues didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roger Paraense took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Florentino Llope. Florentino Llope dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After a rather tough play, Guairas's Fabrício Domingues got a free kick in the 42nd minute.

The wind increased when Afonsinho Soeiro made the kick off in the second half. If Erik Camargo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The throw-in from Emanuel Lago in the 57th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Guairas's João Pimenta. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arí Travassos in the 59th minute of play forced Pinto's goalkeeper Duarte Saraiva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Raúl Velasco came free with the goalkeeper in the 62nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Duarte Saraiva could save by the left post. Florentino Llope showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Afonsinho Soeiro in the 63rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erik Camargo in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Duarte Saraiva prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With splendid footwork Erik Camargo arrived in front of goal to shoot 1-2 by the left pole in the game's 68th minute. The supporters of Guairas booed when Pinto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osmar Simões didn't get a good kick on the ball. 79 minutes into the match, Guairas's goal looked a bit too open when Afonsinho Soeiro came free, but Florentino Llope reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 82 minutes into the game, Luiz Guilherme Sousa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Guairas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pinto the free kick. After 82 played minutes Guairas got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Guilherme Sousa. In the 83rd minute Roger Paraense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florentino Llope saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Guairas's Erik Camargo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Duarte Saraiva. That made the score 1-3 after 85 minutes of play. In the 92nd minute, Guairas's Erik Camargo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4.
