Cauan de Andrade showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Moura in the 37th minute of the match. Peladeiros's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edvaldo Coutinho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 94 minutes into the match, Irundi's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Moura came free, but Cauan de Andrade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
