The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Benjamim Linhares's late challenge caught a Martele's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benjamim Linhares helped the player get up and apologised. Benjamim Linhares hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Gino Garcia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cauan Quintal was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. Helmut Tönnies showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Léo Cordeiro in the 11th minute of the match. Cauan Quintal stood somewhat misplaced when Gino Garcia came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 14 minute. After a rather tough play, NOVORIZONTINO's Romário Trigo got a free kick in the 20th minute. Gino Garcia did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Cauan Quintal 24 minutes into the match. Cauan Quintal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gino Garcia in the 29th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in NOVORIZONTINO's zone, Fabian Monico stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cauan Quintal came out of the goal and Fabian Monico tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cauan Quintal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gino Garcia, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. A collision led to NOVORIZONTINO getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. André Luiz de Senna hit a great ball. Cauan Quintal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fernando Chus in the 42nd minute. When Martele's Gino Garcia in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye NOVORIZONTINO's goalie prevented a goal. In the 47th minute, Léo Cordeiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gino Garcia made a kick off. A collision led to NOVORIZONTINO getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Eliseu Moreno hit a great ball. Cauan Quintal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gino Garcia went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. In the 55th minute Gino Garcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cauan Quintal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cauan Quintal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernando Chus, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Gino Garcia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zé Roberto Moreno charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zé Roberto Moreno the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 60 played minutes Martele got a freekick which was hit by Zé Roberto Moreno. Martele's Emiliyan Vladichki got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gino Garcia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cauan Quintal having to interfere. 86 minutes into the match, NOVORIZONTINO's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Chus came free, but Cauan Quintal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th minute, Gino Garcia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 91st minute, Gino Garcia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cauan Quintal was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. There was no doubt that Martele were the better team. Martele's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
