Jacinto Loyola didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Milagres SC. Abel Coelho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacinto Loyola having to interfere. 11 minutes into the game, Pedro Augusto Valadares cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. João Paulo Borges was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Júlio Brito kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, Tauapeacu's Pedro Augusto Valadares sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that João Paulo Borges narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abel Coelho got free with Jacinto Loyola in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. João Paulo Borges showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nando Passos, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. After 75 minutes, Pedro Augusto Valadares made it 2-3 with a short kick to the right side. Milagres SC's João Paulo Borges tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. João Paulo Borges showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Augusto Valadares in the 80th minute of the match. If Abel Coelho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Milagres SC's Charles Toscano in the 91st minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Jacinto Loyola was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Tauapeacu through an amazing save. The supporters of Milagres SC booed when Tauapeacu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nando Passos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 93 minutes, Abel Coelho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Milagres SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abel Coelho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match was over Milagres SC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Tauapeacu throughout the match.
