Benjamim Garcia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Çelikan Başsoy in the 6th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Çelikan Başsoy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benjamim Garcia was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Agnaldo Perez managed to get in a good position for a shot. SERRANO's supporters rose to their feet, but Agnaldo Perez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benjamim Garcia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 12th match minute, Aguias Ferozes F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richard Aguiar to maneuver through the defense. In the 13thth minute of the game Agnaldo Perez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aguias Ferozes F.C.'s Benjamim Garcia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Benjamim Garcia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Çelikan Başsoy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Agnaldo Perez managed to get in a good position for a shot. SERRANO's supporters rose to their feet, but Agnaldo Perez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benjamim Garcia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 18th minute Çelikan Başsoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamim Garcia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benjamim Garcia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luizão Leme, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 20th minute, Beto Dante hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 21 played minutes, SERRANO's Chiquinho Gerber shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Benjamim Garcia came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SERRANO reached it. Çelikan Başsoy struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Benjamim Garcia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SERRANO. With a little luck, SERRANO's Vincent McGorrie got control of the ball when João Pedro Neiva tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 28th match minute, SERRANO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arthur Neves to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, SERRANO's Çelikan Başsoy got a free kick in the 30th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gugu Messias in the 37th minute of play forced SERRANO's goalkeeper Vincent McGorrie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chiquinho Gerber kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. In the 43rdth minute of the game João Pedro Neiva who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SERRANO's Vincent McGorrie was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 45 minutes into the match, SERRANO's goalkeeper Vincent McGorrie had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by João Pedro Neiva. In the 46th minute Gugu Messias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vincent McGorrie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Beto Dante in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vincent McGorrie saved SERRANO from getting behind. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 51st match minute, SERRANO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arlindo Rossi to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 52 minutes, Dino Mandrak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aguias Ferozes F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Dino Mandrak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 59 minutes into the match, Aguias Ferozes F.C.'s goalkeeper Benjamim Garcia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Agnaldo Perez. Benjamim Garcia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Çelikan Başsoy in the 61st minute of play. Marcelo Costa's late challenge caught a SERRANO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcelo Costa helped the player get up and apologised. Marcelo Costa hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Çelikan Başsoy who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 80thth minute tested the skills of Benjamim Garcia when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 81st minute Gugu Messias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vincent McGorrie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SERRANO's Vincent McGorrie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jardel Vergílio in the 82nd minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Dino Mandrak got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Vincent McGorrie quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Agnaldo Perez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. SERRANO's Vincent McGorrie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Pedro Neiva in the 89th minute of play. The long shot by Chiquinho Gerber in the 97th minute really tested Benjamim Garcia's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Aguias Ferozes F.C. were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
