After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Gilberto do Valle managed to get in a good position for a shot. In the 35th minute, Leopoldo Correia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Válter Secco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilberto do Valle, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Enéas Furtado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gilberto do Valle stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Enéas Furtado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. Hero Saints Fc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ajacio SS the free kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Reinaldo Queiroz in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Válter Secco saved Hero Saints Fc from getting behind. If Reinaldo Queiroz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Claudinho Pereira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Fabrício Diniz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulo Tinoco charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paulo Tinoco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Ajacio SS's Paulo Tinoco got a free kick in the 92nd minute.
