But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chicão Paraense couldn't finish the play. Válbson da Costa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Chicão Paraense came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the FC Müller München fans jumped to their feet. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jonas Mattos made a kick off. Enio Cruz kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Jonas Mattos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Válbson da Costa having to interfere. A collision led to FC Müller München getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Osvaldo Prestes hit a great ball. 63 minutes into the match, FC Müller München's Chicão Paraense sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Válbson da Costa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Chicão Paraense managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Müller München's supporters rose to their feet, but Chicão Paraense was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Válbson da Costa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Amedeo Liberatore showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matheus de Amaral in the 69th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Gaucho SS's goalkeeper Válbson da Costa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sérgio Maciel hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. After 96 played minutes, Gaucho SS's Oséias Meirelles shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Amedeo Liberatore came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Gaucho SS reached it. When the referee ended the match the FC Müller München players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
