Frédson Fonseca made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Ezequiel Monteiro sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of 4kFC booed when Barbacena EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolas de Queiroz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Frédson Fonseca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavinho Passos in the 32nd minute of play. Flavinho Passos was extremely unlucky when he, in the 35th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 37 minutes into the match, Barbacena EC's goalkeeper Frédson Fonseca had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ezequiel Monteiro. The supporters of 4kFC booed when Barbacena EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Álvaro Prestes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Frédson Fonseca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavinho Passos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Flavinho Passos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frédson Fonseca having to interfere. 83 minutes into the match, Barbacena EC's goal looked a bit too open when Flavinho Passos came free, but Frédson Fonseca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ricardo Rossi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ezequiel Monteiro hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. 90 minutes into the match, 4kFC's goalkeeper Luiz da Costa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ricardo Rossi. Michel Marques hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Frédson Fonseca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flavinho Passos, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
