Fausto Arruda started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd minute, Benê Tróia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicolas Cosme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Arruda in the 6th minute of the match. In the 7th minute, one of Impávido Galcölosso EC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Impávido Galcölosso EC. In the 9th minute there was a penalty for Amapari. Nilmar Pirani stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Doctor Sócrates. 0-1. João Paulo Damião fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolas Cosme having to interfere. João Paulo Damião could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Nicolas Cosme made a huge save. Jerônimo Fontes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Impávido Galcölosso EC booed when Amapari was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guilherme de Amaral didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fausto Arruda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Nicolas Cosme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Charles Alves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doctor Sócrates having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Erasmo Salles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 27 minutes into the match, Impávido Galcölosso EC's goal looked a bit too open when Jerônimo Fontes came free, but Doctor Sócrates reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guilherme de Amaral kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. If Charles Alves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. João Paulo Damião fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolas Cosme having to interfere. Nicolas Cosme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fausto Arruda, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. In the 46th minute Jerônimo Fontes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doctor Sócrates saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Amapari booed when Impávido Galcölosso EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erasmo Salles didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Impávido Galcölosso EC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Amapari were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Jerônimo Fontes made the kick off in the second half. Claudinei Paulista charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Claudinei Paulista the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nicolas Cosme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Paulo Damião, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 58 minutes into the match, Charles Alves notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Impávido Galcölosso EC's Doctor Sócrates. Doctor Sócrates was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Charles Alves could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Doctor Sócrates made a huge save. 62 minutes into the game, João Paulo Damião cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Nicolas Cosme was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 70 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Impávido Galcölosso EC! After having played for 80 minutes, Jerônimo Fontes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Amapari's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jerônimo Fontes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Charles Alves in the 81stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Doctor Sócrates, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Impávido Galcölosso EC's goalkeeper Doctor Sócrates, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With an all-out effort, Amapari's Doctor Sócrates threw himself towards the right post 88 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jerônimo Fontes, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 91st minute, Amapari's Jerônimo Fontes dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. Amapari played a much better game than Impávido Galcölosso EC and deserved their victory. The Impávido Galcölosso EC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
