In the 4th match minute, Crobas EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dalmo Gaúcho to maneuver through the defense. Crobas EC's Valdomiro Bueno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusébio Palmeira in the 7th minute of play. In the 8th match minute, Crobas EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luiz Paulo Vargas to maneuver through the defense. Conrado Dias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdomiro Bueno having to interfere. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Crobas EC's goalkeeper Valdomiro Bueno, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Conrado Dias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andrézinho Souza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Eusébio Palmeira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Junior fresh prince fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Eusébio Palmeira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valdomiro Bueno breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by João Augusto Silva during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 20 played minutes Crobas EC got a freekick which was hit by João Augusto Silva. If Conrado Dias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eusébio Palmeira in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valdomiro Bueno prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 25 minutes into the match, Conrado Dias notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Crobas EC's Valdomiro Bueno. Valdomiro Bueno was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Conrado Dias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdomiro Bueno having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusébio Palmeira in the 38th minute of play forced Crobas EC's goalkeeper Valdomiro Bueno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabinho Loyola recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 43 minutes, Conrado Dias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Junior fresh prince fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Conrado Dias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eusébio Palmeira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdomiro Bueno having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sandrinho Silveira to strike the kick off in the second half. Alan Lago kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Conrado Dias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdomiro Bueno having to interfere. Junior fresh prince fc's Andrézinho Souza couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Crobas EC. Eusébio Palmeira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Valdomiro Bueno having to make a save. Conrado Dias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdomiro Bueno having to interfere. Eusébio Palmeira charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eusébio Palmeira couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Crobas EC's Valdomiro Bueno got control of the ball when Eusébio Palmeira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Conrado Dias might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Valdomiro Bueno. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Conrado Dias ran back to his position shaking his head. After 92 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Crobas EC! The audience was convinced that Eusébio Palmeira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Valdomiro Bueno was relentless in the 99th minute of the game. Junior fresh prince fc played a much better game than Crobas EC and deserved their victory. The Crobas EC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
