Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Hugo Leão started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 7th minute, Hugo Leão left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Remo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Valério Antunes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leandro Pirani in the 9th minute of the match. In the 19th minute Franklin de Medeiros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valério Antunes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Remo's goal looked a bit too open when Franklin de Medeiros came free, but Valério Antunes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leandro Pirani in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Valério Antunes saved Remo from getting behind. Valério Antunes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franklin de Medeiros in the 29th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Samsung FC's goalkeeper Zé Augusto Costa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Walmyr Britto. 30 minutes into the match, Walmyr Britto dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Zé Augusto Costa, 2-0. The audience was convinced that Allan Aguiar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Valério Antunes was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. 38 minutes into the match, Remo's goal looked a bit too open when Franklin de Medeiros came free, but Valério Antunes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leandro Pirani might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Valério Antunes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leandro Pirani ran back to his position shaking his head. If Walmyr Britto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute, Leandro Pirani got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Franklin de Medeiros to strike the kick off in the second half. Zé Augusto Costa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Walmyr Britto, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Walmyr Britto took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zé Augusto Costa. Zé Augusto Costa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. After 65 minutes of play, Remo's Hugo Leão made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zé Augusto Costa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Leandro Pirani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Leão in the 72nd minute of play forced Samsung FC's goalkeeper Zé Augusto Costa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 79 minutes into the game, Allan Aguiar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Samsung FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Remo the free kick. In the 79th minute, Allan Aguiar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 80 minutes into the match, Samsung FC's goal looked a bit too open when Walmyr Britto came free, but Zé Augusto Costa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 80 minutes into the match, Walmyr Britto notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Samsung FC's Zé Augusto Costa. Zé Augusto Costa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Armandinho Secco hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Claudinho Correia's late challenge caught a Samsung FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Claudinho Correia helped the player get up and apologised. In the 84th match minute, Remo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudinho Correia to maneuver through the defense. 86 minutes into the game, Franklin de Medeiros recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Valério Antunes. Franklin de Medeiros showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-1. After 91 played minutes Remo got a freekick which was hit by Serginho de Sousa. Walmyr Britto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
