If João Francisco Sanches had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. Süruri Şahbey was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Erasmo Hermes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Süruri Şahbey made a huge save. After the first half Ainoan ∞ were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Erasmo Hermes to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, RedBull Sete Copas's Flávio Zonta got control of the ball when Jose Abecia tried to sneak it across the goal line. 85 minutes into the game, Kauan Borges was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ainoan ∞'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave RedBull Sete Copas the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ainoan ∞ fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 85th minute. Penalty! Jose Abecia's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 88thth minute, Flávio Zonta skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erasmo Hermes in the 92nd minute of play forced Ainoan ∞'s goalkeeper Süruri Şahbey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 98 minutes into the match, RedBull Sete Copas's João Francisco Sanches sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Süruri Şahbey narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ainoan ∞'s supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
