José Pedro Vides could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Yanko Pirov made a huge save. Percival Munhoz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alberto Ackerman's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. 15 minutes into the game, Michel Salles recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Yanko Pirov. Michel Salles showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Percival Munhoz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Ackerman, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Yanko Pirov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Túlio Brasil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute, Ciro Rodrigues hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dráuzio Trigo kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling José Pedro Vides in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yanko Pirov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Simon Jernberg kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Yanko Pirov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Breno Tasso in the 40th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Michel Salles got free with Yanko Pirov in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Breno Tasso hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. 48 minutes into the match, Verdão da Mogiana's goal looked a bit too open when Túlio Brasil came free, but Yanko Pirov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alberto Ackerman to strike the kick off in the second half. But to his dismay, Breno Tasso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 55th minute, José Pedro Vides got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Verdão da Mogiana's Vladimir Bezerra got a free kick in the 58th minute.
