When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Adriano Pena put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Elano de Lima. 5 minutes into the match, Adriano Pena had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elano de Lima. ONZE BASTA FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adriano Pena was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Ricardinho Jacinto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elano de Lima having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adriano Pena in the 12th minute of play forced ONZE BASTA FC's goalkeeper Elano de Lima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute Ricardinho Jacinto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elano de Lima saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ONZE BASTA FC's Elano de Lima played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adriano Pena in the 14th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 17 minutes, Elano de Lima successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adriano Pena in the 23rd minute of play forced ONZE BASTA FC's goalkeeper Elano de Lima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Victor de Souza was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 26 minutes into the match. In the 25th minute, one of ONZE BASTA FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for ONZE BASTA FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adriano Pena in the 34th minute of play forced ONZE BASTA FC's goalkeeper Elano de Lima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Tony Valadares managed to get in a good position for a shot. ONZE BASTA FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tony Valadares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jeremey Koppens breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jeremey Koppens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Glauco Lira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ricardinho Jacinto's late challenge caught a ONZE BASTA FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ricardinho Jacinto helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Moura's Ricardinho Jacinto got a free kick in the 43rd minute. 45 minutes into the game, Moura's Ricardinho Jacinto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Elano de Lima made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adriano Pena to strike the kick off in the second half. If Fernandão Vinhas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elano de Lima showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardinho Jacinto in the 60th minute of the match. Glauco Lira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 67 minutes ONZE BASTA FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alan Soares who took care of the corner kick. In the 68th minute Adriano Pena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elano de Lima saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elano de Lima took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardinho Jacinto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 77 minutes into the match, ONZE BASTA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adriano Pena came free, but Elano de Lima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adalberto Gaspar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jeremey Koppens having to make a save. For all the effort they put into the match, the ONZE BASTA FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Moura.
