Antropofagia FC were awarded a corner in the 33th minute after Kruel FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luís Fabiano Rossi took the corner. Wilson Rodrigues was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 38th minute Zé Pedro Batista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elias Arruda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fabinho Porto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Pedro Firman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomasz Fiszer in the 51st minute of play. Elias Arruda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabinho Porto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomasz Fiszer might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Firman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomasz Fiszer ran back to his position shaking his head. Sylvester Schwarzenegger had several of the Kruel FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 60 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-2 score and a disappointed Pedro Firman as he didn't even see the shot coming. After 69 minutes Kruel FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luís Fabiano Rossi who took care of the corner kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luke DeGaetano in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Firman saved Kruel FC from getting behind. 74 minutes into the match, Kruel FC's goalkeeper Pedro Firman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wilson Rodrigues. Antropofagia FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luís Fabiano Rossi in the 75th minute. It was a well-played corner which Qiao Lin Hong managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Marcos Mazza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Elias Arruda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pedro Firman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomasz Fiszer in the 84th minute of the match. Sylvester Schwarzenegger could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Pedro Firman made a huge save.
