Sílvio Luís Prata went to the cornerflag to take it. Leandro Fonseca made a great header on Bene Animatus's corner, it was just that DENVER™'s Toninho Pinheiro managed to reach the ball for a save. Leandro Fonseca did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Toninho Pinheiro 8 minutes into the match. 3-0 became the score in the 14th minute when Jardel Velloso elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind DENVER™'s goalkeeper Toninho Pinheiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 22nd match minute, DENVER™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Eduardo Araújo to maneuver through the defense. Juvenal Talló made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guilherme Abud in the 24th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Guido Rodriguez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bene Animatus's supporters rose to their feet, but Guido Rodriguez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Toninho Pinheiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jardel Velloso in the 31st minute of play forced DENVER™'s goalkeeper Toninho Pinheiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jardel Velloso was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 32nd minute. Bene Animatus's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Toninho Pinheiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jardel Velloso went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. If Jardel Velloso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Toninho Pinheiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jardel Velloso in the 38th minute of the match. After some careless play in the DENVER™ defense, Jardel Velloso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Toninho Pinheiro. The DENVER™ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Toninho Pinheiro should have stopped the shot. If Jardel Velloso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Guilherme Abud to make the kick off. Jardel Velloso struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Toninho Pinheiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bene Animatus. In the 55th minute, Guido Rodriguez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bene Animatus fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. In the 63rd minute, Facundo Putin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Juvenal Talló made an important save on a dangerous shot by Conrado Paraibano in the 64th minute. Jardel Velloso took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Toninho Pinheiro. Toninho Pinheiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. In the 76th minute Bene Animatus were awarded a corner. Sílvio Luís Prata went to the cornerflag to take it. A very nice done corner allowed Gao Jian Jie to score against Toninho Pinheiro in DENVER™'s goal. 8-0 after 77 minutes. In the 80th match minute, DENVER™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dráusio Garcia to maneuver through the defense. After 82 played minutes DENVER™ got a freekick which was hit by Diguinho Vargas. After 83 minutes of play, Bene Animatus's Sílvio Luís Prata made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Toninho Pinheiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Toninho Pinheiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guido Rodriguez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Guilherme Abud during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After having played for 92 minutes, Leandro Fonseca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bene Animatus's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leandro Fonseca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 96 minutes into the game, Bene Animatus's Jardel Velloso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Toninho Pinheiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Bene Animatus had played much better football throughout.
