CABRAMACABRA's Jimeno Eladio shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 8th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Arthur Bufi but with some difficulty. Randall Rodríguez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duarte Félix in the 9th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Duarte Félix in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Randall Rodríguez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arthur Bufi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristián Gabi in the 22nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Cruzeiro Esporte Clube's Arthur Bufi got control of the ball when Fu Hong tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arthur Bufi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fu Hong in the 25th minute. Arthur Bufi made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Fu Hong sent off a good shot on target. Cruzeiro Esporte Clube's Arthur Bufi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Cruzeiro Esporte Clube from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Cruzeiro Esporte Clube getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Jano Melo hit a great ball. In the 42nd match minute, Cruzeiro Esporte Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jano Melo to maneuver through the defense. Arthur Bufi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristián Gabi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cristián Gabi to strike the kick off in the second half. Cruzeiro Esporte Clube's Arthur Bufi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristián Gabi in the 55th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Glauco Souza managed to get in a good position for a shot. CABRAMACABRA's supporters rose to their feet, but Glauco Souza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arthur Bufi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. CABRAMACABRA's Randall Rodríguez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save CABRAMACABRA from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in CABRAMACABRA's zone, Ye Hong Shi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Randall Rodríguez came out of the goal and Ye Hong Shi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cruzeiro Esporte Clube made a substitution. Ramón Aguiar replaced Wágner Torres. Randall Rodríguez came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Cruzeiro Esporte Clube's 余永川. But to his dismay, 余永川 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 69thth minute of the game Fu Hong who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cruzeiro Esporte Clube's Arthur Bufi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Randall Rodríguez made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when 余永川 sent off a good shot on target. In the 73rd match minute, CABRAMACABRA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wambasther Suárez to maneuver through the defense. Arthur Bufi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristián Gabi in the 77th minute of play. Ye Hong Shi hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. 余永川 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 85th minute, Oswaldo Maranhense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arthur Bufi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristián Gabi in the 88th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by 余永川 in the 93rd minute of play forced CABRAMACABRA's goalkeeper Randall Rodríguez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arthur Bufi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristián Gabi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Cruzeiro Esporte Clube's 余永川 in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CABRAMACABRA's goalie prevented a goal.
