Salvador Raphael started the match with the kick off. Manolo Oliveira's late challenge caught a Aston Birras A.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Manolo Oliveira helped the player get up and apologised. With a little luck, LA LOCA ACADEMIA's Urbano Palos got control of the ball when Everardo Nel tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 10th minute, Salvador Raphael left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Aston Birras A.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Anacleto Ezkerra struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Urbano Palos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aston Birras A.C. After a defensive mix-up in Aston Birras A.C's zone, Ernesto Valente stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robustiano Otoniel came out of the goal and Ernesto Valente tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ernesto Valente received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Robustiano Otoniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 25th match minute, Aston Birras A.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Natal to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of LA LOCA ACADEMIA booed when Aston Birras A.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Natal didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Siro Horado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Urbano Palos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Everardo Nel in the 46th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Ildefonso Edorta made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ildefonso Edorta in the 52nd minute of play forced Aston Birras A.C's goalkeeper Robustiano Otoniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 55 minutes Aston Birras A.C's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lucio Leguizamón who took care of the corner kick. The corner led LA LOCA ACADEMIA's Lucio Leguizamón to fire away a dangerous shot which Robustiano Otoniel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Urbano Palos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Salvador Raphael, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. 63 minutes into the match, Salvador Raphael had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Urbano Palos. LA LOCA ACADEMIA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Salvador Raphael was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 66 minutes into the game, Bernardo Cutberto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Aston Birras A.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LA LOCA ACADEMIA the free kick. In the 66th match minute, Aston Birras A.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Cutberto to maneuver through the defense. Robustiano Otoniel came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by LA LOCA ACADEMIA's Ernesto Valente. But to his dismay, Ernesto Valente quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Robustiano Otoniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ildefonso Edorta, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Urbano Palos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salvador Raphael in the 75th minute of play. In the 77th minute, Ildefonso Edorta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 88 played minutes Aston Birras A.C got a freekick which was hit by Felix Sasoin. Aston Birras A.C walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
