In the 16th minute, Damian Ovando made a precise shot to the right of Agustin Otsoa. Chalas Bar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Luciano Hibai struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Silvio Vincente didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chalas Bar. After 22 played minutes Chalas Bar got a freekick which was hit by Aureliano Roderigo. Agustin Otsoa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damian Ovando in the 25th minute of the match. The supporters of La Vecchia Signora booed when Chalas Bar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luciano Hibai didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 37th minute, Damian Ovando made a precise shot to the right of Agustin Otsoa. Chalas Bar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Damian Ovando scored 0-3 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Agustin Otsoa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luciano Hibai to make the kick off. Silvio Vincente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angel Beremundo, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. After 58 minutes, Jeremias Chabier mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chalas Bar and the La Vecchia Signora players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the match was over La Vecchia Signora could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Chalas Bar throughout the match.
