When Anacleto Uxio fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Perros Locos FC's protests and gave Anacleto Uxio a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Los Perros Locos FC's Anacleto Uxio got a free kick in the 7th minute. Felipe Cameno took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Camilo Rufo. Camilo Rufo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 15thth minute of the game Vilgot Bålström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Perros Locos FC's Camilo Rufo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 18th minute, Uğur Kaptan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Camilo Rufo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The Horquilla fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when Horquilla's Uğur Kaptan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 28 minutes into the match, Los Perros Locos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vilgot Bålström came free, but Camilo Rufo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Los Perros Locos FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Aaron Baraquiel hit a great ball. Adan Lobo made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Amadeo Ricart sent off a good shot on target. Los Perros Locos FC's Camilo Rufo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vilgot Bålström in the 37th minute of play. Horquilla's Felipe Cameno got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Uğur Kaptan struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Camilo Rufo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Horquilla.

Alfred Czarnecki kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Camilo Rufo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Uğur Kaptan in the 57th minute of the match. With a little luck, Los Perros Locos FC's Camilo Rufo got control of the ball when Vilgot Bålström tried to sneak it across the goal line. Efrain Fix hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. 72 minutes into the game, Efrain Fix cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Adan Lobo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Camilo Rufo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vilgot Bålström's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Uğur Kaptan got free with Camilo Rufo in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Cameno in the 80th minute of play forced Los Perros Locos FC's goalkeeper Camilo Rufo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Los Perros Locos FC's Camilo Rufo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Los Perros Locos FC from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Los Perros Locos FC defense, Felipe Cameno kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Camilo Rufo. The Los Perros Locos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Camilo Rufo should have stopped the shot. Uğur Kaptan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Camilo Rufo having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Uğur Kaptan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Horquilla's supporters rose to their feet, but Uğur Kaptan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Camilo Rufo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 94 minutes into the match, Los Perros Locos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Cameno came free, but Camilo Rufo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Horquilla's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
