Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Zacarias Enmanuel took the kick off in the first half of the match. When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Lorenzo Erauso took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Teodosio Birjaio to make any attempt to save it. Teodosio Birjaio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geronimo Salbatore, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 12th minute Ricardo Tino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodosio Birjaio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hilario Feliu kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leopoldo Ekhi got free with Teodosio Birjaio in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Manoel Torres's late challenge caught a Pomona FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Manoel Torres helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in RIVER PLATE AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 17th minute. Penalty! In the 18th minute there was a penalty for Pomona FC. Leopoldo Ekhi stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Teodosio Birjaio. 2-0. 21 minutes into the game, Leopoldo Ekhi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Teodosio Birjaio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Pomona FC booed when RIVER PLATE AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zacarias Enmanuel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcial Argina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lázaro Feliz, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. 27 minutes into the game, Julio Nuno was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pomona FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave RIVER PLATE AFC the free kick. In the 28th minute, Julio Nuno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Teodosio Birjaio didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 34th minute, which inside left pole to 4-0. In the 39th minute, Geronimo Salbatore hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th minute, Lázaro Feliz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The RIVER PLATE AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leopoldo Ekhi was the one to do the kick off. Pedro Frechoso charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pedro Frechoso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Pedro Frechoso kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Teodosio Birjaio came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Pomona FC's Lorenzo Erauso. But to his dismay, Lorenzo Erauso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. After a defensive mix-up in RIVER PLATE AFC's zone, Lorenzo Erauso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teodosio Birjaio came out of the goal and Lorenzo Erauso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Teodosio Birjaio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lorenzo Erauso in the 57th minute of the match. Zacarias Enmanuel kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Lorenzo Erauso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodosio Birjaio having to interfere. In the 62nd minute Zacarias Enmanuel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Argina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 65 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for RIVER PLATE AFC! RIVER PLATE AFC:s Teodosio Birjaio showed great skill when he stopped Leopoldo Ekhi:s penalty. After a long run with the ball, Leopoldo Ekhi did a trick in the 67th minute in front of RIVER PLATE AFC's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 6-1. An impressive performance by Pomona FC's Leopoldo Ekhi! In the 70th minute, RIVER PLATE AFC's Lázaro Feliz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marcial Argina. Marcial Argina yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 6-2. Lorenzo Erauso struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Teodosio Birjaio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pomona FC. Marcial Argina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zacarias Enmanuel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th play minute Zacarias Enmanuel came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Marcial Argina. 6-3. 84 minutes into the match, Pomona FC's goalkeeper Marcial Argina had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lázaro Feliz. Teodosio Birjaio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lorenzo Erauso, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Leopoldo Ekhi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Teodosio Birjaio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 91st minute, Ricardo Tino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pomona FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-3. Pomona FC's Leopoldo Ekhi got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pomona FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of RIVER PLATE AFC for a fine match.
