Hector Elodio hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Rolando Valerio might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ignacio Darien. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rolando Valerio ran back to his position shaking his head. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jacinto Valery to strike the kick off in the second half. Ignacio Darien came out of the goal and Eustacio Galtero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edgard Pierres charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edgard Pierres the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, EL JAGUEL FC's Edgard Pierres got a free kick in the 87th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jacinto Valery in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ignacio Darien saved EL JAGUEL FC from getting behind. With his leg Ignacio Darien managed to avoid a goal in the 96thth minute, when CF Huanchilla Quilmes 's Jacinto Valery fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. CF Huanchilla Quilmes played a much better game than EL JAGUEL FC and deserved their victory. The EL JAGUEL FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
