The Castex fans' excitement grew in the 21st match minute when Castex's Edgard Casado looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Nicolas Selmo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rolando Urbez in the 24th minute of the match. Mauricio Fagondo's late challenge caught a Castex's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mauricio Fagondo helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Castex booed when Cachi AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauricio Fagondo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jacinto Lano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edgard Casado took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nicolas Selmo. Nicolas Selmo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Simon Janpier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fulgencio Hermon in the 33rd minute of the match. Simon Janpier was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ubaldo Eguzki showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 34 minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Fulgencio Hermon dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Simon Janpier, 3-2. If Fulgencio Hermon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 43 minutes into the match, Anibal Mederi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Simon Janpier. Castex's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anibal Mederi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-2 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fulgencio Hermon made a kick off. A hard shot 53 in the game by Skirmantas Abalikšta from a close distance when the talented Nicolas Selmo managed to make a qualified save. Cachi AFC's players were relieved. Simon Janpier stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anibal Mederi's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Castex's Simon Janpier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fulgencio Hermon in the 59th minute of play. Simon Janpier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fulgencio Hermon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edgard Casado let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 63rd minute shot 4-3 at rihgt post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Skirmantas Abalikšta got free with Nicolas Selmo in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 75th minute, Edgard Casado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 89 played minutes Castex got a freekick which was hit by Jacinto Lano. After having played for 90 minutes, Fulgencio Hermon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cachi AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fulgencio Hermon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulgencio Hermon in the 92nd minute of play forced Castex's goalkeeper Simon Janpier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Castex getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Skirmantas Abalikšta hit a great ball. In the 95th minute of the match Ladislao Kismi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Simon Janpier skillfully saved the ball. In the 98th minute of the match Celedonio Chano shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Simon Janpier showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Castex were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Cachi AFC to leave the ground with a draw.
