After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Hilario Artal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Defensores de la siesta's supporters rose to their feet, but Hilario Artal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luis Cresenciano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Virgilio Abad in the 16th minute of play forced Timote's goalkeeper Luis Cresenciano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Hilario Artal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hilario Artal in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luis Cresenciano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eusebio Arnas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francisco Benvido in the 25th minute. Jacobo Lucila charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jacobo Lucila the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 31st match minute, Defensores de la siesta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacobo Lucila to maneuver through the defense. Luis Cresenciano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hilario Artal in the 37th minute of the match. With his leg Luis Cresenciano managed to avoid a goal in the 57thth minute, when Defensores de la siesta's Hilario Artal fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Placido Farias's late challenge caught a Defensores de la siesta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Placido Farias helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Timote getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Placido Farias hit a great ball. 70 minutes into the game, David Txema was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Timote's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Defensores de la siesta the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Timote fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 69th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Defensores de la siesta a penalty, 71 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Guido Guillem, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Timote's Luis Cresenciano. 0-1. Thanks to some nice moves Hilario Artal could shoot a difficult shot in the 79th minute, which Luis Cresenciano however easily saved by the left post. In the 81stth minute of the game Virgilio Abad who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Timote's Luis Cresenciano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luis Cresenciano made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Hilario Artal sent off a good shot on target. Luis Cresenciano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Virgilio Abad in the 87th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Timote's goalkeeper Luis Cresenciano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hilario Artal. If Filiberto Matxin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Defensores de la siesta's Jacobo Lucila got a free kick in the 95th minute.
