Gregorio Maurin's late challenge caught a Vieja Huinco FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gregorio Maurin helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Telerman FC booed when Vieja Huinco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aristides Incendio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Vieja Huinco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nicasio Felo came free, but Cipriano Cordarin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lázaro Rio was out of position in the 21 minute of play, and Genaro Iraunkor capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Genaro Iraunkor really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. In the 27th minute Nicasio Felo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cipriano Cordarin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cipriano Cordarin made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Nicasio Felo sent off a good shot on target. When Marcos Mero came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Vieja Huinco FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcos Mero couldn't finish the play. If Nicasio Felo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nicasio Felo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Marcos Mero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Lázaro Rio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Marcos Mero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 74th minute, Rigoberto Pedroso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Genaro Iraunkor in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lázaro Rio saved Telerman FC from getting behind. In the 90th match minute, Vieja Huinco FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Tristan to maneuver through the defense. Vieja Huinco FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Telerman FC for a fine match.
