Ignacio Abeijon didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 3rd minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Ignacio Abeijon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domingo Mikeldi in the 16th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeo Hitzeder in the 19th minute of play forced Panqueua's goalkeeper Virgilio Cebrian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaudencio Chesus in the 20th minute of play forced poolman's goalkeeper Ignacio Abeijon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Virgilio Cebrian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clodoveo Cayo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th minute Domingo Mikeldi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ignacio Abeijon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Virgilio Cebrian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tadeo Hitzeder, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Francisco Bakar might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ignacio Abeijon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Francisco Bakar ran back to his position shaking his head. Virgilio Cebrian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeo Hitzeder in the 38th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gaudencio Chesus to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match clock showed 51 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Gaudencio Chesus sped through poolman's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ignacio Abeijon. Ignacio Abeijon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingo Mikeldi in the 58th minute of play. After 59 played minutes Panqueua got a freekick which was hit by Ladislao Gaitan. 65 minutes into the match, poolman's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Bakar came free, but Ignacio Abeijon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Francisco Bakar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Domingo Mikeldi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78thth minute of the game Gaudencio Chesus who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but poolman's Ignacio Abeijon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Domingo Mikeldi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Ignacio Abeijon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Panqueua's Ladislao Gaitan got a free kick in the 88th minute. A collision led to Panqueua getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Pedro Pacho hit a great ball. Tadeo Hitzeder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Virgilio Cebrian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gaudencio Chesus hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Panqueua fully deserved thier win.
