Panacea F. C.'s Hernán-Adrián Crespo got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Honorato Salomon got free with Tuncer Mustafali in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Panacea F. C.'s Atilano Fertus got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 24th minute, Honorato Salomon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Atilano Fertus struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Marciano Abadia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panacea F. C.. Tuncer Mustafali came out of the goal and Delmar Jenaro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Delmar Jenaro fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Tuncer Mustafali took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Honorato Salomon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 64 minutes, Hernán-Adrián Crespo made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Manantial's Marciano Abadia tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Constantino Padro couldn't finish the play.
