After having played for 6 minutes, Gonzalo Lopes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manantial's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gonzalo Lopes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Manantial booed when Xeneize was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugenio Cordaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Victorino Bakar made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Honorato Salomon sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Xeneize's Uriel Nevada got a free kick in the 10th minute. 11 minutes into the game, Honorato Salomon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Manantial's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Xeneize the free kick. The supporters of Xeneize booed when Manantial was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Honorato Salomon didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Honorato Salomon took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Victorino Bakar to make any attempt to save it. In the 21st minute, Esteban Herauso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Manantial getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Honorato Salomon hit a great ball. Baldomiro Ritchie made in the 27th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Xeneize's Eugenio Cordaro. Victorino Bakar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honorato Salomon in the 29th minute of play. In the 32ndth minute of the game Honorato Salomon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Xeneize's Victorino Bakar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 41 played minutes Manantial got a freekick which was hit by Delmar Jenaro. Victorino Bakar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Honorato Salomon in the 43rd minute of the match. Marciano Abadia came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Xeneize's Arnoldo Ignatius. But to his dismay, Arnoldo Ignatius quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
Jonatan Perez made in the 52nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Xeneize's Eugenio Cordaro. Manantial's Marciano Abadia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Manantial from getting a goal against them. Honorato Salomon kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Esteban Herauso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Victorino Bakar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th minute Esteban Herauso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorino Bakar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th minute, Esteban Herauso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 74 minutes into the game, Uriel Nevada was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Xeneize's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Manantial the free kick. A collision led to Xeneize getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Uriel Nevada hit a great ball. Tomas Figueroa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marciano Abadia having to interfere. Xeneize's Placido Piorno managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Baldomiro Ritchie in the 85 minute of the game. Uriel Nevada was shown his second yellow card after 86 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Xeneize's Uriel Nevada got a free kick in the 87th minute. Marciano Abadia made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Arnoldo Ignatius sent off a good shot on target. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
