The crowd rose to their feet as Puntilla AFC's Filiberto Urtsin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cirilo Guillen. That made the score 1-0 after 8 minutes of play. After 11 minutes, Iker Isauro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Madagascar and the Puntilla AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some careless play in the Madagascar defense, Filiberto Urtsin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cirilo Guillen. The Madagascar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cirilo Guillen should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Filiberto Urtsin during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cristian Telesforo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonardo Pérez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Madagascar getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Adan Hats hit a great ball. Cirilo Guillen was a little too slow when Martin Reynardo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 38th minute. The score was now 4-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Martin Reynardo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cirilo Guillen. That made the score 5-1 in the 41 minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Filiberto Urtsin in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cirilo Guillen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 47th minute of the match Martin Reynardo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cirilo Guillen showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 47th minute, Adan Hats hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Puntilla AFC's Eleuterio Baldovino shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 48th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Cirilo Guillen but with some difficulty. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Filiberto Urtsin to make the kick off. After 53 played minutes Puntilla AFC got a freekick which was hit by Leo Tabb. Cirilo Guillen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filiberto Urtsin, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 57th minute Filiberto Urtsin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cirilo Guillen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcial Jon struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Cirilo Guillen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Puntilla AFC. In the 62nd minute of the match Bernardo Abalos sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cirilo Guillen skillfully saved the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Filiberto Urtsin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Puntilla AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Filiberto Urtsin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cirilo Guillen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cirilo Guillen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filiberto Urtsin in the 66th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 67 minutes, the score became 6-1 when Filiberto Urtsin sped through Madagascar's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cirilo Guillen. When Puntilla AFC's Filiberto Urtsin in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Madagascar's goalie prevented a goal. Cirilo Guillen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filiberto Urtsin in the 82nd minute of the match. The Puntilla AFC fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when Puntilla AFC's Filiberto Urtsin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 8-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 92 minutes into the game, Martin Reynardo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-1. Cirilo Guillen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Milton Pérez came free with the goalkeeper in the 96th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Cristian Telesforo could save by the left post. There was no doubt that Puntilla AFC were the better team. Puntilla AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
