Club Atletico Corchito's Candido Elixio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Richie in the 11th minute of play. Alonzo Galo scored 2-0 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leopoldo Salvino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sunchales's Leopoldo Salvino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Sunchales from getting a goal against them. Leopoldo Salvino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Niceto Cambranes's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. After 24 minutes of play, Club Atletico Corchito's Alonzo Galo made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leopoldo Salvino was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ismael Blasco scored 5-0 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leopoldo Salvino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Leopoldo Salvino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atletico Corchito. If Eugenio Belmiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Niceto Cambranes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Leopoldo Salvino. That made the score 7-0 in the 43 minute of play. If Alonzo Galo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Alonzo Galo made the kick off in the second half. Benito Damario's late challenge caught a Club Atletico Corchito's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benito Damario helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Sunchales's Benito Damario got a free kick in the 76th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brown Jesus in the 77th minute of play forced Sunchales's goalkeeper Leopoldo Salvino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Niceto Cambranes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 12-0 became the score in the 87th minute when Alonzo Galo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Alonzo Galo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leopoldo Salvino was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. Leopoldo Salvino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eugenio Belmiro went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 13-0 was the resulting score. When the referee ended the match the Club Atletico Corchito players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
