The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Haedo Lokomotiv's goal looked a bit too open when Arquímedes Cesario came free, but Joel Espiridion reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jeremias Cordario showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicasio Gomesano in the 5th minute of the match. In the 6th minute Arquímedes Cesario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Espiridion saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arquímedes Ladio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 12 minutes in the game, Domingo Librado dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. In the 15th minute, Arquímedes Cesario made a precise shot to the right of Joel Espiridion. Haedo Lokomotiv's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Joel Espiridion stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arquímedes Cesario's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Joel Espiridion took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arquímedes Cesario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Haedo Lokomotiv getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Nicasio Gomesano hit a great ball. Joel Espiridion showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arquímedes Cesario, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 25th minute, Arquímedes Cesario made a precise shot to the right of Joel Espiridion. Haedo Lokomotiv's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 27 minutes into the game, Arquímedes's Domingo Librado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joel Espiridion made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. In the 34th minute of the match Arquímedes got a corner. Haedo Lokomotiv's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Angel Oliviero ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Angel Oliviero almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Haedo Lokomotiv's Joel Espiridion did a great save. Nicasio Gomesano charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicasio Gomesano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 36th minute, Nicasio Gomesano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arquímedes Ladio in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joel Espiridion saved Haedo Lokomotiv from getting behind. In the 42nd minute Arquímedes Cesario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Espiridion saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, Arquímedes's Arquímedes Ladio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joel Espiridion narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 45 minutes into the game, Domingo Librado cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Joel Espiridion was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Arquímedes Ladio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match clock showed 48 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Domingo Librado sped through Haedo Lokomotiv's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Joel Espiridion.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Domingo Librado stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Arquímedes Cesario managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arquímedes's supporters rose to their feet, but Arquímedes Cesario was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joel Espiridion breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Domingo Librado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Joel Espiridion made a huge save. With an all-out effort, Arquímedes's Joel Espiridion threw himself towards the right post 56 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Arquímedes Ladio, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Domingo Librado put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Joel Espiridion. Nicasio Gomesano hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Joel Espiridion made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Arquímedes Cesario sent off a good shot on target. 75 minutes into the match, Haedo Lokomotiv's goal looked a bit too open when Arquímedes Ladio came free, but Joel Espiridion reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 75 minutes, the score became 0-9 when Domingo Librado sped through Haedo Lokomotiv's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Joel Espiridion. In the 78th minute of the match Julio Gaxan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joel Espiridion showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Domingo Librado took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joel Espiridion. Joel Espiridion dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-10. With a little luck, Haedo Lokomotiv's Joel Espiridion got control of the ball when Domingo Librado tried to sneak it across the goal line. Joel Espiridion stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Domingo Librado's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. 87 minutes into the match, Haedo Lokomotiv's goal looked a bit too open when Arquímedes Ladio came free, but Joel Espiridion reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joel Espiridion was a little too slow when Fernando Nabar got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 88th minute. The score was now 0-11. Arquímedes's Jeremias Cordario played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicasio Gomesano in the 92nd minute of play. Haedo Lokomotiv were awarded a corner in the 94th minute after Arquímedes's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Higinio Tximitx took the corner. The crowd rose to their feet as Arquímedes Cesario kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Joel Espiridion. That made the score 0-12 in the 98 minute of play. Arquímedes's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
