Spectators: 7135 (Terracing: 5353, Seating: 1641, VIP seats: 141) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Avelino Gonçalves kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute of the match Augusto Aleixo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aquilino Padilha showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 5 minutes into the match, Rebordello's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Mendes came free, but Aquilino Padilha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 7 minutes into the game, Ademar Poças was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rebordello's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dream Team the free kick. A collision led to Rebordello getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Ademar Poças hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedro Mendes in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aquilino Padilha saved Rebordello from getting behind. 15 minutes into the match, Rebordello's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Mendes came free, but Aquilino Padilha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Avelino Gonçalves during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 17 played minutes Rebordello got a freekick which was hit by Avelino Gonçalves. 18 minutes into the match, Inácio Pires had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aquilino Padilha. Rebordello's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Inácio Pires was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Eliseu Setúbal hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Dream Team's Albertino Leite got a free kick in the 24th minute. Inácio Pires fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquilino Padilha having to interfere. Augusto Aleixo hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. After 35 minutes, Manuel Lopes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dream Team and the Rebordello players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Ademar Poças was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 39 minutes had been played. In the 40th match minute, Rebordello was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ademar Poças to maneuver through the defense. When Manuel Lopes came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Dream Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manuel Lopes couldn't finish the play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pedro Mendes was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Dream Team's Pedro Mendes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aquilino Padilha narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Albertino Leite could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Aquilino Padilha made a huge save. Rebordello's Aquilino Padilha proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Rebordello from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Rebordello's Aquilino Padilha got control of the ball when Albertino Leite tried to sneak it across the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Dream Team's goal looked a bit too open when Israel Malafaia came free, but Amílcar Vieira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Dream Team's Pedro Mendes in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Inácio Pires in the 68th minute of play forced Rebordello's goalkeeper Aquilino Padilha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Inácio Pires fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquilino Padilha having to interfere. If Inácio Pires had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Mendes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aquilino Padilha having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Rebordello's zone, Pedro Mendes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aquilino Padilha came out of the goal and Pedro Mendes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 82 minutes into the match, Rebordello's goal looked a bit too open when Inácio Pires came free, but Aquilino Padilha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84thth minute of the game Pedro Mendes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rebordello's Aquilino Padilha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Júlio Macedo took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Aquilino Padilha to make any attempt to save it. Pedro Mendes scored 1-3 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aquilino Padilha, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Dream Team's Pedro Mendes in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rebordello's goalie prevented a goal.
