Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Angélico Caneira made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute, Escasd's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Rubim Alcântara fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Angélico Caneira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Escasd's Danilo Curado got control of the ball when Angélico Caneira tried to sneak it across the goal line. 14 minutes into the game, Herberto Prates was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Pousadouros's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Escasd the free kick. In the 14th match minute, SC Pousadouros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herberto Prates to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute, Marco Alvarenga left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Escasd fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Danilo Curado was out of position in the 21 minute of play, and Angélico Caneira capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Angélico Caneira really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. After a rather tough play, SC Pousadouros's Joaquim Colaço got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 28th minute Marco Alvarenga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidro Cavaco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teodoro Pimentel took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 29th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Isidro Cavaco. SC Pousadouros's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 32nd minute Osvaldo Águas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidro Cavaco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Danilo Curado didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Angélico Caneira went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Miguel Póvoas hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. 39 minutes into the game, Paulo Bulhosa lined in a short shot 3-1 behind a frustrated Danilo Curado. Danilo Curado made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Rubim Alcântara sent off a good shot on target.

The wind increased when Marco Alvarenga made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of SC Pousadouros booed when Escasd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viriato Sabrosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 59th match minute, SC Pousadouros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bento Rocha to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th minute, Marco Alvarenga fired a really elegant long shot, but Isidro Cavaco threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. Viriato Sabrosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidro Cavaco having to interfere. Tomé Reis hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Rubim Alcântara's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Danilo Curado was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Danilo Curado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angélico Caneira, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Rubim Alcântara took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Danilo Curado. Danilo Curado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Isidro Cavaco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marco Alvarenga's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. With his leg Isidro Cavaco managed to avoid a goal in the 88thth minute, when Escasd's Marco Alvarenga fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Angélico Caneira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danilo Curado having to interfere. SC Pousadouros's Isidro Cavaco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save SC Pousadouros from getting a goal against them. Paulo Bulhosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danilo Curado having to interfere.
