Spectators: 6600 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Lewis Barnes started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Stalowe United booed when Maniac City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Malcolm May didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dane Payne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rhys Laycock having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aaron Nightingale in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aaron Lawless prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aaron Lawless showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from CJ Furlong in the 15th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Stalowe United's goal looked a bit too open when Lewis Barnes came free, but Aaron Lawless reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Lewis Barnes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aaron Lawless was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Aaron Lawless took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aaron Nightingale, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Noel Gettins recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aaron Lawless showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lewis Barnes in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 35th minute Calum Mullen suffered a knee injury and had to be helped off the field. CJ Furlong's late challenge caught a Stalowe United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. CJ Furlong helped the player get up and apologised. In the 38th match minute, Stalowe United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Craig Rundle to maneuver through the defense. Deon Jowsey recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Stalowe United getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Craig Rundle hit a great ball. Stalowe United's Aaron Lawless played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Deon Jowsey in the 43rd minute of play. Toby Askew hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Dane Payne made the kick off in the second half. Rhys Laycock showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dane Payne in the 52nd minute of the match. 54 minutes into the match, Maniac City's goal looked a bit too open when Dane Payne came free, but Rhys Laycock reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Craig Rundle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rhys Laycock having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Maniac City's Austen Godfrey got a free kick in the 58th minute. Stalowe United's Dane Payne got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Maniac City's Malcolm May got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Craig Rundle's late challenge caught a Maniac City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Craig Rundle helped the player get up and apologised. In the 65th minute, Craig Rundle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Deon Jowsey took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 66th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Aaron Lawless. Stalowe United's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Dane Payne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rhys Laycock having to interfere. After having played for 72 minutes, Dane Payne managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stalowe United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dane Payne was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 74th minute of the game. One of Stalowe United:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Maniac City:s goal. Aaron Lawless had in the 76thth minute some difficulties stopping Deon Jowsey's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Craig Rundle managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stalowe United's supporters rose to their feet, but Craig Rundle was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rhys Laycock breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Christopher Toovey took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 83rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rhys Laycock. Maniac City's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 84th minute Dane Payne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rhys Laycock saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aaron Nightingale took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aaron Lawless. Aaron Lawless dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Maniac City eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
