Stew Booker came out of the goal and Severo Laurentzi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sindo Puyol charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sindo Puyol the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 11th minute, Sindo Puyol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 12 played minutes, West Ham's Paul Mersø shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Stew Booker came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in West Ham reached it. The Maraqiya KING FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Panait Petcu in the 16th minute. The Maraqiya KING FC's Panait Petcu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Hayden Baker in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Aaron Tonkin hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Stew Booker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severo Laurentzi in the 21st minute of the match. In the 24th match minute, The Maraqiya KING FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ray Tobia to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute, Severo Laurentzi made a precise shot to the right of Stew Booker. The Maraqiya KING FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Severo Laurentzi in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stew Booker saved The Maraqiya KING FC from getting behind. Stew Booker stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Severo Laurentzi's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. The West Ham fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when West Ham's Severo Laurentzi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The supporters of The Maraqiya KING FC booed when West Ham was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Tonkin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lawrence Panther to make the kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Lawrence Panther managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Maraqiya KING FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lawrence Panther was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lawrence Panther struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Hayden Baker didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Maraqiya KING FC. Severo Laurentzi's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Stew Booker firmly grabbed it by the left post. West Ham's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Paul Mersø in the 62nd minute. In the 76th minute, Severo Laurentzi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stew Booker was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. The audience thought a goal was coming when Severo Laurentzi got free with Stew Booker in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lawrence Panther in the 82nd minute of play forced West Ham's goalkeeper Hayden Baker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th minute, Severo Laurentzi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stew Booker was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-6. The audience thought a goal was coming when J.C. Smith got free with Stew Booker in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. West Ham had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
