When Viliam Lipa fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored STS Chvojkovice-Brod's protests and gave Viliam Lipa a yellow card for diving instead. With a little luck, Parihuzovce's Ľubomír Ráž got control of the ball when Antón Boborovský tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Stano Kotlarík came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Parihuzovce fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stano Kotlarík couldn't finish the play. Tomáš Vavruš made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stano Kotlarík in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oliver Rafaj in the 26th minute of play forced Parihuzovce's goalkeeper Ľubomír Ráž to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 27 minutes, Bartolomej Remšík mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Parihuzovce and the STS Chvojkovice-Brod players grew even worse after the yellow card. Stano Kotlarík might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tomáš Vavruš. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stano Kotlarík ran back to his position shaking his head. Antón Boborovský received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Ľubomír Ráž tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Parihuzovce's Ľubomír Ráž got control of the ball when Antón Boborovský tried to sneak it across the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stano Kotlarík made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Parihuzovce's goal looked a bit too open when Antón Boborovský came free, but Ľubomír Ráž reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After recieving a nice pass, STS Chvojkovice-Brod's Gabriel Keblušek tried to score from far away in the 55th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Antón Boborovský had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ľubomír Ráž showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oliver Rafaj, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Stano Kotlarík received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Tomáš Vavruš tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ferdinand Šimon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Stano Kotlarík was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 77th minute. Parihuzovce's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 79th minute Stano Kotlarík shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomáš Vavruš saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ferdinand Šimons short, quick shot in the 85thth minute got Tomáš Vavruš to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.
